NEW GENERATIONS-DIR.  RTN. ATUL JAIN

The Avenue of New Generations recognizes the positive change implemented by youth and young adults involved in leadership development activities, community and international service projects, and exchange programs that enrich and foster world peace and cultural understanding.

 The Mission : Prepare the new generation up to the age of 30 by providing opportunities for development of their skills and competence. The Director has the responsibility for organizing projects to support the fundamental needs - health, human value, education and self development of the youth. He can achieve this by organizing any or all of : Interact, Rotaract, youth leadership programmes, Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) and also programmes for children at risk, children with disabilities and so on.

 

 

Rotaract

A community based Rotaract club sponsored by the Rotary Club of Sonepat with a view towards preparing good Rotarians. It is affiliated with the international Rotaract program of Rotary International. Seeks young professionals ages 22 to 30 who want to make a difference and support the Rotary vision of community leadership, service and allegiance to the Four Way Test. Rotaractors serve the community and promote international understanding and goodwill by assisting the Rotary Club of Sonepat with service projects.

Interact

Interact is a service club for young people ages 14 to 18 Interact is a self governing and self supporting club., Interactors develop a network of friendships with local and overseas clubs and learn the importance of developing leadership skills and personal integrity, demonstrating helpfulness and respect for others, understanding the value of individual responsibility and hard work, and advancing international understanding and goodwill

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)
 is Rotary's leadership training program for young people. RYLA emphasises leadership, citizenship and personal growth and aims to; Demonstrate Rotary's respect and concern for youth;

Provide an effective training experience for selected youth and potential leaders; Encourage leadership of youth by youth; Recognises publicly young people who are rendering service to their communities.
